The world we live in has seen more progress in the past fifty years than in the last millennium and the field of education is no exception.

Foundation has to be flawless and it is our primary concern at the City Public School. It is our belief that the clay can be moulded only when it is still soft. The potter has to possess all the requisite expertise and be ever alert so as to produce a fine piece of pottery. Any shortcoming or slippage is bound to produce a crooked piece. This knowledge has to be upgraded to meet the demands of his clientele. The school aims to impart all aspects of education and not the transaction of the prescribed curriculum alone to develop a well equipped and well balanced personality.

In the words of Nelson Mandela , "Education is the most powerful weapon which you can use to change the world." Education is a human right with immense power to transform. We at City Public School are extremely sensitive to meet the present requirement of our students and are determined to extract best out of them. Our main emphasis is to design a value based curriculum so that our children develop a positive attitude towards life.

Instead of churning out career oriented and self centered individuals, who don’t have any consideration for a fellow human being, education must aim at physical, mental, moral and spiritual development of students. If we want the future citizens to be good human beings of strong character with spiritual bent of mind, the education has to be value based.
